A festival designed and directed by artists and spectators under 30
Designed to support and promote the emerging theater scene and to engage young artists and young audiences together, Direction Under 30 is the first festival and award for under-30 companies entirely directed by spectators under 30. The project builds a path of participation in theater-between Reggio Emilia and Gualtieri-that culminates in the “three days” of live performance at the Social Theater of Gualtieri, three days of meetings and celebration. In the 2024 and 2025 editions, Mooncult was responsible for the facilitation and coordination of participants.
