Silvia Ferrari is a facilitator and theatre curator with a passion for participatory processes and cultural innovation. For over ten years, she has worked at the intersection of performing arts, community engagement, and international cooperation. As a research fellow at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, she investigates how culture can foster well-being and active citizenship. Her practice combines artistic curation with facilitation, audience development, and a continuous exploration of collaborative methodologies, grounded in international training and experience.
